TCE Capital specializes in Invoice Discounting and SR&ED Tax
Credit financing. Invoice discounting, also known as
factoring, is a financial transaction where a client sells
invoices to raise immediate cash. TCE finances transactions
ranging from $100,000 to $2.5 Million.
TCE Capital specializes in purchasing invoices from good
quality clients. These clients may be located in Canada or in
the United States. Other international receivables will be
assessed on an individual basis. Invoice discounting is
recourse financing. If your customer does not pay the invoice,
you are responsible to reimburse TCE for funds owed.
TCE Capital provides additional facilities based on inventory,
equipment, and real estate equity. TCE also finances
Scientific Research & Experimental Development [SR&ED] Tax
Credits.
SR&ED Tax Credit Financing is a financial transaction whereby
a company sells it SR&ED tax credit to raise immediate cash.
This transaction relates to the federal and/or provincial
portion of a SR&ED refundable tax credit.
